Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

LeadzMania respects your privacy and your right to control how you are contacted. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy explains how you can opt out of telephone calls, automated calls, and text messages from us and our partners, and how we comply with applicable telemarketing and DNC regulations.

How to Opt Out

If you wish to stop receiving calls or text messages related to your inquiry or from our marketing efforts, you may opt out at any time by:

• Email: Send a request to info@leadzmania.com with your name, phone number(s), and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of further calls and messages.
• Reply STOP: If you receive an SMS text message from us or a partner, you may reply "STOP" to opt out of future text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Request during a call: You may verbally request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list during any call with us or our partners.

We will process your opt-out request as promptly as practicable. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be fully reflected in our systems. Note that if you have already been connected with a partner, that partner may have its own contact lists and you may need to opt out directly with them as well.

National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and allows consumers to register their phone numbers to reduce telemarketing calls. You may register at donotcall.gov.

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state DNC lists to the extent required by law. However, when you submit a form on our website and consent to be contacted, you have given express written consent for us and our partners to contact you regarding that specific inquiry. Such consent may override your National Do Not Call Registry status with respect to that inquiry. If you did not intend to consent or wish to revoke consent, please contact us at info@leadzmania.com to opt out.

Internal Do Not Call List

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list of consumers who have requested not to receive further telemarketing calls or messages from us. Once you are on this list, we will not contact you for telemarketing purposes unless you subsequently submit a new inquiry and provide consent again.

State-Specific Information
